Poll: Many consumers feel secure about their EHRs

A survey from Gfk Custom Research and IDentity Theft 911 showed 43% of U.S. consumers believe their EHRs are well-protected by their health care providers. Researchers also found only 2% of consumers ages 18 to 34 and 7% of those older than 50 believe their providers may experience a data breach.
