South Korea takes stronger stance against corporal punishment

In South Korea, officials say that corporal punishment continues at many private institutions despite a ban on the practice in the Juvenile Protection Act. Now, officials say they will file official complaints with law enforcement against "hagwon" teachers who engage in the practice.
