Chefs urge Congress to save wild salmon

About 200 chefs from 33 states gathered in Washington to campaign for laws to save wild salmon. Led by celebrity chef Alice Waters of Chez Panisse in Berkeley, Calif., the chefs plan to urge Congress to tear down dams along the Pacific coast and pass legislation to restore river habitats.
