Adolescents eat similar number of calories at Subway, McDonald's

A study found that adolescents ate about the same number of calories at Subway as they did at McDonald's, and that meals at both restaurants averaged above the Institute of Medicine recommendation of 850 calories for a teen's lunch. The report was published in the Journal of Adolescent Health.
