Appeals court rules against NLRB's poster rule

A panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has determined that the National Labor Relations Board cannot compel companies to display a notice that informs employees about their rights. Senior Judge A. Raymond Randolph, writing for the court, noted that "the right of employers (and unions) not to speak" is protected under federal law.
