Changes in UK drug-pricing scheme could impede access, group warns

A U.K. government proposal to use value-based pricing for pharmaceuticals could make it more difficult for patients to afford treatment, think tank 2020health says in a new report. The group calls for allowing drug companies to set their own prices and adjust old drug prices to ensure affordability.
