Companies must improve demand, PwC report says

A report by PricewaterhouseCoopers says one-third of consumers are habitually disappointed by brands. Companies can improve demand by providing different or better value, delivering on promises and reaching out to underserved markets, the report says. Only 5% of retailers are using or creating a strategy for using Big Data, according to the report.
