Exactech's occipital spinal device gains FDA clearance

Exactech, a maker of spinal devices as well as joint and bone repair products, has been cleared by the FDA to market its Gibralt Occipital Spine System. The technology comes with 360-degree articulating rods and occipital plates, among other features.
