GAO: Most remaining TARP banks are on "problem list"

The Government Accountability Office reports that more than 60% of the banks still in the Troubled Asset Relief Program are on the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s "problem" list, raising the possibility that the Treasury Department may not be totally repaid by bailed-out banks before the program ends.
