House will take its time with the Internet sales tax bill

The House of Representatives will spend more time considering the Marketplace Fairness Act than the Senate did, says House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va. He expressed concern about the bill's potential to allow states to tax beyond their borders. House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, also expressed concern about the burden the bill would have on small businesses.
