Gregory Hicks, the top deputy to the U.S. ambassador killed last year in Benghazi, Libya, gave evidence before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee today. The widely anticipated testimony comes as the panel's probe into the assault gathers force, with whistle-blowers expected to accuse former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of downplaying evidence that the attack was an act of terrorism. "I think the dam is about to break on Benghazi. We're going to find a system failure before, during and after the attacks," predicted Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.
