Kraft strategy: "Defend and build"

Kraft Foods CEO Tony Vernon said the company will defend its iconic brands from competitors, while investing in innovations for additional growth. "We will defend and build on our key segments, and they do attract some real competitors, especially Mac & Cheese, with 80% market share," he told investors.
