Natural winemaking makes inroads with American vintners

Though many people assume that the industrial wine-making process is already "natural," a movement toward natural wines is beginning to influence vintners across the country. With an emphasis on eliminating chemical fertilizers, commercial yeasts and chemical additives, American vintners are beginning to offer a wide range of natural wines.
