N.M. city manager plans retirement at month's end

Santa Fe, N.M., City Manager Robert Romero says he will retire at the end of this month, after three years in the position. "He was one of the best city managers I've ever known," Mayor David Coss said. "He brought in an elevated level of accountability and professionalism that was very much appreciated by me."
