Army to launch major PTSD medication research

Army officials have announced plans to launch a major study next year on the effectiveness of medications routinely prescribed to manage post-traumatic stress disorder. Clinical trials of drugs such as Cymbalta, mirtazapine and prazosin will be a part of the research.
