"Brain breaks" show students importance of physical activity

Students at Fort Branch Elementary School in South Gibson County, Ind., get periodic "brain breaks" during class that allow them to do physical activities at their desk. Teachers attended a Take 10! workshop at Vincennes University to learn about what activities can be done in the classroom to reduce sedentary behavior and to show children the importance of exercise.
