Delta terminal at JFK shows that "service matters," exec says

The Delta Air Lines terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport ushers in a new age of air travel, the carrier says. "The airline industry has been broken for decades. ... Today, everybody has scale, customers have choices and people have seen that service matters," said Delta President Edward Bastian.
