Hospital weight-loss program helps local workers lose weight

Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital's "Operation: Move to Win" competition helped 514 people from 13 Dixon, Ill., companies lose 2,920 pounds in 12 weeks by improving their diet and exercising. Lee County detective sergeant David Glessner, who lost 19% of his body weight, said he joined the competition because he wanted to get in better shape and feel better about himself.
