Improving devices enable wheelchair-bound to get up and walk

Wearable devices are getting to the point that they can enable people confined to wheelchairs to stand and walk. One of the new prosthetics, Indego, weighs only 27 pounds and can be strapped to a wheelchair and deployed quickly as the user requires. The next steps for such devices, however, is addressing what happens if a user falls and providing better battery life.
