Marketers must improve digital efforts to take advantage of mobile local search

Mobile searches for local businesses are increasing due to the spread of mobile devices, but the common use of applications and availability of special sites is fragmenting the market, writes Anna Bager. As a result, marketers need to make sure their location and contact information are easily found on their websites and develop relationships with data aggregators and, via social media, with their customers.
