Report on carbon emissions is designed to assist ICAO

An aviation expert has published a report examining the carbon emissions of international airlines in 2012 to assist the International Civil Aviation Organization. "If there is to be an effective response to climate change, decision-makers need to be provided with information that they can understand and trust," said Dave Southgate, the author of the report.
