Schools in China offer Arabic-language instruction

Arabic-language instruction increasingly is becoming popular in a part of China with a large Muslim population, driven in part by students' desire to secure good jobs after school. In the Ningxia Hui autonomous region, officials have opened Arabic-language schools specialising in various levels of instruction. Meanwhile, some private schools have entered the market.
