Study: Greenland's ice melt will soon slow down

Researchers say the rapid melting of Greenland's outlet glaciers should soon begin to slow. A study by glaciologists at the University Center in Svalbard, Norway, predicts that narrow fjords and other natural processes will slow the melting -- but overall ice loss may continue. "Now we know for sure that the warmer atmosphere and ocean will result in further mass loss," said lead study author Faezeh Nick.
