From shoulder massage for muscles strained by keyboard use to wellness centers that ask for technology to be checked at the door, spas are increasingly catering to people who need relief from techno-stress. "I go into offices where people's hands are bandaged from carpal tunnel from being on computers too long," said Paul Guditis, owner of massage-chair firm Body Charge. "Massage therapists come back reporting shoulder injuries and migraines."
