Don't be embarrassed to admit you need a sourcer

Recruiters can use sourcers to expand their candidate networks and fill positions faster, Jason Pankow writes. While hiring sourcers doesn't excuse recruiters from networking, it does increase their efficiency and ease the burden when the recruiter is pinned down with other responsibilities, he writes. "It's essentially a way of doubling down on our highest priorities," he writes.
