Boston Options Exchange says 3 rivals infringed patent

Boston Options Exchange Group is suing three rivals, claiming they violated a patent for a price-improvement mechanism that BOX offers on its all-electronic trading platform. BOX named Nasdaq OMX Group's PHLX, Deutsche Boerse's International Securities Exchange and CBOE Holdings' Chicago Board Options Exchange in the lawsuit.
