A nonprofit group in Bellevue, Wash., provides a space for students to research and develop new technology. Student Research and Development -- StudentRND, for short -- features high-tech equipment from 3D printers to a full computer lab and offers summer incubator sessions as well as free year-round access for local high-school and college students.
