ACT predicts glitches in transition to digital exams

As the ACT prepares to offer a digital option for its college admissions exams in 2015, officials are predicting some glitches along the way. The announcement of the transition to a digital option comes as several states have experienced problems while administering online exams, some provided by ACT. ACT's education division President Jon L. Erickson said, however, that the company has learned from the issues experienced in Kentucky and elsewhere.
