Excavation in Jerusalem reveals 1st-century quarry

Excavation for a highway in Jerusalem has revealed a 2,000-year-old quarry. Archaeologists discovered artifacts such as pick axes and wedges in the quarry where stones were probably cut to build the city's ancient structures. The quarry, which connects with other previously discovered quarries, covers about 11,000 square feet.
