N.H. governor proposes more services for children's mental health

New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan has proposed the state fund a new mental-health facility, create 75 community-residence hospital beds and 10 treatment teams, six of which would focus on treating children. Hassan declared May 9 as Children's Mental Health Awareness Day and spoke at a rally at the state House of Representatives.
