Over $2B in construction in the pipeline for St. Paul, Minn.

A total of 59 development projects -- either planned, ongoing or just completed -- in St. Paul, Minn., are expected to cost more than $2 billion. The $957 million Central Corridor light-rail line is the largest of the projects. A concert hall, ballpark and hospital expansion are among the other projects in the works. "I think the new slogan for St. Paul should be, 'Pardon the inconvenience, we're rebuilding,'" said Mayor Chris Coleman.
