Teachers weigh in on best routes to the classroom

A recent report, released by a group of 17 classroom teachers and the Center for Teaching Quality, seeks to add the voice of educators to the debate over how to best prepare for the classroom. In this blog post, the center's CEO, Barnett Berry, adapts his forward to the "TEACHING 2030: Leveraging Teacher Preparation 2.0" report, writing that the current debate centers over whether it is best to train teachers by alternative or traditional means.
