UN report: Garment industry must improve safety conditions

The garment industry is responsible for providing safe working conditions in Bangladesh, says a United Nations working group on human rights and business. Separately, a female garment worker was found alive in the rubble of the Bangladesh factory that collapsed 17 days ago.
