Job seekers who are recent college graduates should highlight teamwork skills and the ways their experiences can help a prospective employer, writes job search expert Chris Forman. Instead of focusing on individual accomplishments, candidates should emphasize how they can solve problems for an employer, Forman writes. "Keep the focus on how you can best solve the company's needs and why your skills and experiences put you in the position to make their job easier," he notes.
