Comcast scores win over NFL Network

A Supreme Court justice in Manhattan ruled that Comcast can offer NFL Network on its sports tier rather than on a larger digital-subscriber tier. The ruling means less subscribers for NFL Network, which led to its filing a lawsuit against Comcast in October after the country's largest cable company moved the programming to a sports tier.
