Study: Internal fat can be risk -- even for thin people

Being thin doesn't necessarily mean a person doesn't have fat, and internal fat that surrounds vital organs such as the heart or liver can be as dangerous as fat located under the skin, health experts say. Researchers say the whole concept of being fat needs to be redefined.
