7-Eleven rewards ex-truck driver for work ethic

Truck driver Igor Finkler met 7-Eleven's CEO when the convenience store chain's chief was taping segments for an episode of CBS' "Undercover Boss." The CEO was so impressed with Finkler's work ethic and reputation that he awarded a franchise to the immigrant from Kazakhstan. The company waived its $140,000 in franchise fees.
