Pfizer challenges NICE drug approval decisions

Pfizer and its Japanese partner Eisai Co. are preparing for a court fight June 25 challenging the U.K.'s National Institute for Clinical Health and Excellence. The companies oppose NICE's process for approving or rejecting drugs for government subsidies. NICE argues it is only seeking good value for the money spent on drugs.
