S.C. Johnson to shave off Edge and Skintimate brands

S.C. Johnson & Son is selling its Edge and Skintimate brands to Energizer Holdings, owner of the Schick-Wilkinson Sword shaving business. "As leading brands in the U.S. men's and women's shave-preparation category, Edge and Skintimate are a logical and attractive adjacency for our shaving business," Energizer CEO Ward Klein said.
