Senate Dems seek rule changes after delay in McCarthy's confirmation

Senate Democrats are calling for rule changes after a committee vote last week for Environmental Protection Agency nominee Gina McCarthy was delayed. Democrats are expected to try again for a vote this week. Sen. David Vitter, R-La., and others have asked McCarthy for more transparency on the EPA's regulations, including its cost-benefit decision-making.
