Americans aware of increased childhood obesity

A New York Times/CBS News poll finds 87% of those surveyed agree there are more overweight children today compared to when they were young. Respondents, health practitioners and policy experts agree that an increase in high-fat, convenience foods and more electronic diversion, coupled with less physical exercise are prime reasons for the rise in childhood weight gain.
