Facebook's worldwide penetration of active Internet users -- those who log on at least once per month -- reached 51% in the first quarter, leading all other social networks, according to a GlobalWebIndex report. Google+ had a 26% penetration and YouTube had 25%. Twitter was fourth, with non-U.S. based social networks such as Sina Weibo, Tencent and Youku also in the top 10. Watching a video clip, sharing an article link and following a group or brand were the top three activities among PC users, but mobile users showed different activity preferences.
