EU approves Boston Scientific's 3D heart mapping tool

Boston Scientific has earned the CE mark in Europe to market its Rhythmia Mapping System, which will be offered with the firm's 64-electrode IntellaMap Orion Mapping Catheter. The device provides 3D mapping and navigation capability during electrophysiology procedures intended to treat abnormal heart rhythms, including cardiac catheter ablations.
