The "Game of Thrones" effect on baby-naming

Parents are falling over themselves to name their daughters after Arya Stark, the swordplay-loving pre-teen heroine of "Game of Thrones," according to the Social Security Administration's latest list of popular baby names. "Arya" had the biggest increase in popularity during 2012; still, parents had little love for other "Game of Thrones" characters such as Daenerys, Davos and Ygritte.
