Judge: Google must disclose its search methods for finding internal documents

A judge has determined that Google must disclose how it is searching for documents for a patent-infringement case involving Apple and Samsung Electronics. Google had said that it would be burdened by the disclosure. "The court cannot help but note the irony that Google, a pioneer in searching the Internet, is arguing that it would be unduly burdened by producing a list of how it searched its own files," wrote U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul Grewal.
