Tenn. community residents file suit over HOA fees

Residents in Tennessee's Village of Arcadian Springs have filed a suit against the community's developers, saying they did not provide promised amenities but continued to collect association fees. "There are no walking trails; no pavilions; no grills; no amphitheaters; no parking areas for boats or RVs; no lake: and none of the other promised amenities/infrastructures that were used to induce the Plaintiffs to purchase their properties," the lawsuit states.
