Army includes stress in training to combat PTSD, suicides

The Army is working to integrate mental resilience into training in a bid to reduce military suicides and incidence of PTSD. The idea is to provide training scenarios that stress soldiers to prepare them for the rigors of a battlefield and teach them stress management techniques.
