Hawaii hotels post $120M rise in Q1 room revenue

Hospitality Advisors says Hawaii's lodging market saw room revenue of $973.5 million in the first quarter, up $120 million from figures in the previous year. Revenue per available room in the first quarter increased 15%, to $190.40. Average occupancy rate rose 1.3% during the first quarter as average daily rate climbed 13.1%.
