Improper pasteurization prompts recall of milk products

Washington state's Pure Eire Dairy has recalled some of its milk and cream products because they were inadequately pasteurized. The recall covers some of the dairy's Organic Pasteurized products including whole and heavy cream milk, non-homogenized skim milk and reduced fat 2% milk products with expiration dates of May 15, May 18 and May 20.
