SAMHSA launches campaign against underage drinking

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration on Monday introduced a campaign that encourages parents to talk to children as young as 9 years old about underage drinking. Children begin looking at alcohol in a more positive light between ages 9 and 13, researchers said.
